The Receptionist is the face of the dealership and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone and emails and greeting and supporting customers with all needs. The Receptionist works closely with all departments within the dealership, and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members. This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment and you have strong conflict resolution skills. It’s also a role that provides great exposure all dealership operations and provides great hands-on experience.

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for daily and monthly account operations, ensuring team member hours are properly accounted for. You will also assist in the new team member onboarding process, collecting all necessary documents and setting up payroll. Licensing Clerks are responsible for clerical and administrative duties within the dealership environment.
