Our Brand Specialists walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing vehicle prices and educating customers on vehicle inventory. The Brand Specialist has the unique ability to control their own success. The more time and effort that is invested, the bigger the book of business as a result. A large book of business will lead to a steady stream of repeat customers and referrals.

Our dedicated CCR’s effectively handle database leads, measure and contribute to customer service satisfaction and manage prospective customers through an online database.

Assistant Sales Manager
Assistant Sales Managers provide exceptional assistance and support to Sales Managers, ensuring that business goals are achieved. Working with Sales Managers and Brand Specialists, our GSM’s strategize for advertising campaigns and other promotions. They are key motivators to the entire Sales department, and they utilize their skills and experience to make sound business decisions.

Our Business Managers arrange financial solutions for vehicle sale customers, while ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service. Meeting with the Business Office is the last step in the vehicle purchase process, finalizing payment options, financing terms or lease options with lenders. Business Managers also introduce our customers to additional products and services for their vehicle. This is an exciting role with the potential to determine your own income.
