Receptionist

Receptionist

The Receptionist is the face of the dealership and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone and emails and greeting and supporting customers with all needs. The Receptionist works closely with all departments within the dealership, and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members. This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment and you have strong conflict resolution skills. It’s also a role that provides great exposure all dealership operations and provides great hands-on experience.

Accounting (Accounts Payable/Receivable) Administrator

Accounting (Accounts Payable/Receivable) Administrator

Accounting Administrators are responsible for collecting & recording customer payments and conducting payments on behalf of the dealership. This position requires high attention to detail and efficiency. If you are able to consistently meet deadlines and enjoy working in an administrative capacity, this role is for you!

Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for daily and monthly account operations, ensuring team member hours are properly accounted for. This role is ideal if you have strong communication and customer service skills. You will interact with team members on a frequent basis, responding to payroll requests and inquiries. You will also assist in the new team member onboarding process, collecting all necessary documents and setting up payroll. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial parts of this role, and it’s a great opportunity to work in an accounting/financial setting.

Licensing Clerks are responsible for clerical and administrative duties within the dealership environment. This role focuses on preparing licenses for cars and trucks when sold, and gathering necessary customer information to complete paperwork. If you have excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities, this role is for you! The position of Licensing Clerk offers growth and advancement opportunities into other administrative roles as well as other dealership departments.

Controller

Our Controllers are responsible for the financial condition of the dealership and directing the overall financial planning, budgeting and accounting practices. This role calls for organization, strong attention to detail, articulation and professionalism. This role is for you if you have a passion for business. Are you passionate about the business? Are you someone who would enjoy investigating irregularities? You aren’t afraid to ask questions regarding expenses and/or payable requests. Integrity, decency and professional deportment are key personal traits that are strongly desired in this role. As with all positions within the dealership, the Controller is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
